Frederik Luz holds a degree in business administration and has more than 20 years of international management experience as a managing director and CEO in the logistics and mobility sector. After starting out in marketing and sales at leading retail and brand companies, he moved into logistics - with positions as Managing Director at Lufthansa Cargo (time:matters), Flash Europe and the joint venture Kühne + Nagel & Schenker (Express Air Systems), among others.

Luz focussed on business development, international expansion and digital transformation. In all his roles, he has built successful teams in different countries and led them across national borders. His keen sense for talent and his ability to develop teams from different cultures and lead them to success are particularly valued.

Frederik Luz now uses his management expertise in logistics, transport, supply chain and mobility as a partner at InterSearch Personalberatung. He primarily advises multinational companies on filling specialist and management positions in an international context and supports them in recruiting the right personalities for times of digital transformation and new leadership requirements.
