Jann Fehlauer has been Managing Director of DEKRA Automobil GmbH since 2018. He is Chairman of the Regional Advisory Group Europe at the international association of vehicle testing organizations CITA.
A mechanical engineer by training, he began his career at DEKRA in 1994 at the Braunschweig branch, where he worked as a test engineer, damage assessor and accident analyst. Between 2003 and 2007, he was deputy manager of DEKRA's Magdeburg branch before being appointed branch manager in Braunschweig. In 2016, he moved to DEKRA headquarters in Stuttgart as Head of Vehicle Inspection at DEKRA Automobil GmbH.
