Max Klostermann is Venture CEO of LEAFR, a Nagel-Group corporate venture focussing on temperature-controlled B2B last-mile logistics for the food industry.
Max began his career at Microsoft after studying economics. After several positions in the public sector, he discovered his enthusiasm for the logistics industry at his last station. Max sees himself as a bridge builder between business, technology, innovation and sustainability. His entrepreneurial passion and enthusiasm for logistics and new business models led him to LEAFR in 2024.
