For over 30 years, he has held various positions in the commercial vehicle business as a graduate mechanical engineer and business economist. He is an absolute expert in model launches at MAN, from the small TGE transporter series as a new business segment to the global launch of the new truck generation.
For the past five years, he has been responsible for trucks with alternative drive systems, particularly electric drives, and their market launch. A particular focus here is the preparation of the MAN sales organisation.
He is also interested in alternative drive concepts in his private life. With only one electric vehicle in his household, accompanied by a large fleet of bicycles.
