Since 2016, Philipp Endemann has been part of SPEDION GmbH. His journey began as a working student during his Bachelor of Engineering in Communication and Documentation, having previously studied Electrical and Information Engineering. During his placement semester and bachelor’s thesis, he immersed himself in the company’s structure and laid the foundation for his professional development within the organisation.
What started as a student role quickly evolved into a key position: Philipp established SPEDION’s Technical Documentation department from the ground up, creating a vital basis for the company’s user interface design, corporate identity and internal communication. Over the years, he has worked across nearly all major departments – from support and product development to administration, sales and operational management – shaping the organisation with his holistic perspective and structural clarity.
Today, Philipp serves as Chief Operating Officer. He oversees core business areas, drives strategic projects and acts as a crucial link between software and hardware development, communication and customer relations. In addition to managing key accounts, he regularly attends industry events and maintains a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Within SPEDION and among its clients, he is regarded as the company’s “Swiss Army knife” – versatile, solution-oriented and always focused on the bigger picture.
