Wiebke Grosse has more than 15 years of experience in logistics, strategic consulting and sustainability management. After serving as a logistics officer in the German Armed Forces, she worked for several years as a management consultant at PwC before joining the DHL Group in 2023. There, she is responsible for the strategic decarbonisation of road transport in the Corporate Development department.
She studied business administration at Helmut Schmidt University/University of the German Armed Forces in Hamburg, graduating with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science. She also completed a part-time MBA in Sustainability Management at Leuphana University in Lüneburg.
